SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At The Crezy Boy®, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are handled.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to almost all pincodes within India. (Note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of India.)
2. PROCESSING TIME
- Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of being placed.
- Dispatch: Once processed, your order is handed over to our delivery partners. You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Note: We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
We partner with India’s most reliable courier services (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.
- Metros: 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping fee of ₹XX (e.g., ₹50 or ₹99) may apply to COD orders to cover handling charges. (You can adjust this section based on your actual pricing strategy).
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
6. NON-DELIVERY & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
- Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before returning it to us.
- Please ensure you provide a complete address including your House Number, Street Name, and Landmark along with a valid phone number to avoid delivery failures.
- If a prepaid order is returned to us due to an incomplete address or unavailability, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping charges.
7. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
- Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with, torn, or unsealed.
- If you receive a damaged product, please record a video while opening the package and contact our support team at support@crezyboy.com within 24 hours of delivery.
