1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:
- Order Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it, but you may be eligible to return the item once it is delivered (subject to our Return Policy).
- How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us at connect@crezyboy.com or call/WhatsApp us at 9777420738 with your Order ID immediately.
- Cancellation by The Crezy Boy®: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email/SMS, and a full refund will be processed.
2. Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 7 calendar days [or adjust to 15/30 days] from the date you received the item to request a return.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as intimate wear, customized products, or items sold during clearance sales may not be eligible for return.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved based on our inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
- Processing Time: You will typically receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies or bank processing times.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at connect@crezyboy.com.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival:
- Please take clear photos/videos of the damage immediately.
- Email us at connect@crezyboy.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a reverse pickup and ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
