Thank you for shopping with The Crezy Boy, operated by Anuvidya Clothing Brand Pvt. Ltd. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@crezyboy.com.

6. Shipping Costs

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in your order confirmation email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

7. Non-returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, such as custom products and intimate items. Please check the product description for any specific return policies.
