ORDERING & PAYMENTS

Q: How do I place an order? A: Simply browse our website, select your size (check our size chart!), and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your details, and choose your payment method.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major Indian payment modes, including:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Q: Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site? A: Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your details are 100% secure. We do not store your card information.

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please email us at support@crezyboy.com immediately. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: Do you ship everywhere in India? A: Yes! We ship to almost every pin code in India.

Q: How long will it take to get my order? A:

  • Metros: 3-5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email as soon as your order is shipped.

Q: Is shipping free? A: Shipping is FREE for all Prepaid orders! For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee of ₹99 applies.

Q: How do I track my order? A: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID. You can also visit the “Track Order” page on our website and enter your Order ID.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What if the t-shirt doesn’t fit? A: No problem! We offer a 7-day exchange policy. Just go to our “Returns Center” or email us, and we’ll arrange a pickup for your item and send you the correct size.

Q: Can I return a product if I don’t like it? A: Yes. The product must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact. Initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Q: When will I get my refund? A:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original source within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
  • COD Orders: Refunded to your Bank Account or UPI ID (you will need to provide these details).

PRODUCTS & SIZING

Q: How do I know my size? A: Every product page has a Size Chart. Since we sell “Oversized” fits, they run larger than standard tees.

  • Tip: If you prefer a less baggy look, you might want to size down.

Q: How do I wash my printed tees? A: To keep the print fresh:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out.
  • Do not iron directly on the print.
  • Do not bleach.
